I had one of the finest experiences while purchasing a Beretta from them. Miss. Laxmi coordinated the entire process. She made it so very easy and told me the options available and understood what exactly I was looking for and helped me decide. Polite and prompt both in her conversation and in the execution of the order, she followed it up with a call to check on if the courier had reached me. Have been collecting replicas since a while and amidst all my past experiences this one stood out as an exception for the better. Thanks guys👍👍

Actually my gun is working fine. But i had a little problem on using it. They took my gun and inspected it for free with their own charges on pickup and drop off, they even came for the video call after delivery for explaining about the gun. I got for best price. He is very cool and customer service is very good.

Bullet Mark 2 air pistol is quite heavy, feels real and well built. Good for shooting practice and worth the price. The customer support was excellent and delivery was on time. I may buy some high end model in the near future.

Found the website via a YouTube video. Went through the website and contacted the owner via whatsapp number provided. He clarified all my doubts immediately. He gave a quote for the Diana Stormrider bundle. I paid via GooglePay. The product was dispatched same day and courier link was shared. Product was received within 4 days in excellent condition and well packed. The owner was kind enough to bundle an extra gun bag, an extra magazine and two extra boxes of pellets fee of cost. Genuine dealer. Good product. Prompt service.
